What is the parish "Engaged in Love" Program?

    • Engaged in love helps couples as they prepare for a marriage at St. Rose of Lima parish.
    • It encourages couples to dialogue on a deeper, more spiritual level.
    • The gospels for the sundays are the texts which act as tools for dialogue in the "Engaged in Love" classes.
    • The priest or deacon preparing a couple for marriage will have the necessary registration form.

Engaged in Love
2009-2010 - Series

Couples wishing to be married at St. Rose of Lima Parish are expected to attend our Engaged in Love program. Engaged in Love is designed to help couples understand their calling to a vocation of marriage. The Sacrament of Matrimony will be discussed as a ministry in the life of the Church. The program will encourage couples to talk about God and to communicate on a spiritual level.

Couples will be expected to attend one Friday night at the rectory with the pastor and three consecutive Sundays for class and MASS. Please select a series of classes and return the bottom portion to the priest or deacon conducting your wedding.

Cost for the Session: $25 (you may pay this at our parish office)
